About Sami Bendhiaf

I’m a Health industry professional in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and IVD since 1993. I’ve held growing and enriching positions : Head of manufacturing, ERP manager, supply chain manager and Manufacturing Plant Manager. I also had the great opportunity to start up 3 industrial plants as green field projects, and to directly manage the construction of two of them : medical devices in Tunisia (Sartorius Stedim Biotech) and Biomolecular Diagnostics in India (bioMerieux). I’m currently managing a project managers team providing international support for projects in different fields such as : construction, production transfer, equipment acquisition, global compliance or due diligence. As an Engineer, I'm still very interested in all the technical aspects of the projects we manage. As a manager, I find it very exciting to support and develop teams toward achieving great tasks, in a positive and dynamic state of mind and in multicultural environments.
