Part of the driving force behind Crowdfunder.co.uk - where ideas happen. As Head of Project Innovation I'm responsible for ongoing research and development around how we help projects to become more successful. Having started my career in marketing and PR, I can apply a huge amount of knowledge from that industry to my work with crowdfunding projects. I believe in connecting great ideas with communities of all different shapes and sizes to start conversations, disrupt the status quo and inspire change. I'm lucky to have worked in some amazing places through snowsports and watersports in the past. In my spare time I can usually be found either floating in the ocean or atop a snowy mountain. I'm a keen supporter of positive social change, environmental ethics and innovative solutions to old problems. No man is an island; it is through collaboration and creativity that our communities can shine. The crowdfunding industry is young and always evolving, which is why I'm proud to be among the few who truly understand its potential. The future is here - now let's make it happen.
