About Sami Nenonen

Restaurants are integrating to the operations of supermarkets. Fast food is growing globally, and different customer groups are needing different kinds of fast solutions for eating. Modern supermarkets need to have wide and desirable solutions to satisfy this demand, in order to be successful and please their customer groups. I am trying to bring my long and deep knowledge from professional kitchens to the supermarket operators in Finland and upgrade supermarkets into successful restaurants. I have a long History of working in the Foodservice and hospitality Industry, Heavy Equipment- and Tabletop Industries, and Food Industry. I also have an own, small company in Foodservice. I am skilled in sales, Sales Management, Project Management and Service Innovation and Design Management. I am a strong Sales Professional with a Master's degree focused in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. I am a Cabinet Member or Finnish Chaine des Rôtisseurs in Helsinki Metropolitan area.
