Handling the procurement of BDT 18cr per month & ensure operational excellence. Providing Design modification & Change Management support & also checking Standardization specification. The interface related works: Meeting with clients & other contractors to handover the scope of work to other contractors and completion the project on scheduled Planning, monitoring, and coordinating with related contract packages to hand over in the time frame for the interface program also site check as per Combined Service Drawing (CSD) Completed Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and factory visits at the following factories: MV Switchgear FAT at Energypac Engineering Ltd. as per specifications and GA drawing. BRB factory visit for Cable FAT - cable related different test as per particular specifications. Virtual FAT at AJ Power Ltd. UK For Generators FAT. Virtual FAT at Siemens Ltd. Singapore for Building Management Systems (BMS) Hatim factory visit for cable tray, GI water supply pipe etc. Global steel industry visit for Metal items Hot-dip galvanizing work process. National tubes Limited (NTL) for MS pipe/ Mild Steel Pipes and etc. Esquire electronics factory and warehouse visit for Split type air conditioner. Mita Engineering Ltd.
