As an experienced IT professional, I have successfully set up the JamfPro platform to effectively manage all the Mac devices in the organization. This involved creating packages using composer, setting policies and configuration profiles, and extension attributes. Moreover, I have also established a zero touch deployment system for Mac enrollment, making it incredibly easy for users to join the network. In addition to this, I have also created a customized Jira Service Management system from scratch, complete with tailored forms, personal look and feel, and automated assignee, approver, and request participant features, along with status updates. This has significantly improved the efficiency of the organization's IT processes. As part of my role, I work closely with the on-boarding and off-boarding process internationally. This involves ordering Mac and other equipment from B2B vendors and providing users with a zero touch deployment experience. I also manage the Apple Business Manager, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I provide 1 tier and 2 tier support to employees, assisting them with any issues they may have with Gmail, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Jira, Active Directory, and other applications.
