I am working as a software tester since 2017 who has expertise in testing various software in the domain of finance, non-medical health software. I am well versed with the agile methodologies and use various software testing methods to ensure the quality and performance of the product. Skills and Expertise : SFIA Generic Skills: 1. Effective oral and written communication skills when engaging on issues with colleagues and stakeholders. Under general direction, plans, schedules and monitors work to meet given objectives and processes to time and quality targets. Understanding and effectively application of appropriate methods, tools, applications and processes. SFIA Professional skills: 1. Testing (TEST) level 4 As an software tester, I am responsible for planning, designing, managing, executing and reporting of tests that aligns with the industry-specific regulations. I follow agile method to perform functional and non-functional tests. Capable of scripting and automation of regression functions using Selenium. Methods and Tools (METL) Level 3 I have experience working agile methodologies. To conduct tests for different components, different tools are used such as JMeter for load testing, Postman for API testing, Selenium and Specflow/Cucumber for automating test cases. Apart from that to maintain test cases Jama is used. Jira is used to track and manage new requirements, tasks and bugs. User Experience Evaluation (USEV) Level 4 To ensure the quality of a software product, it is equally important to maintain good user experience. I first identify the identifying the areas to test for good user experience by researching the current practices in industry and using tools like Maze to verify that the usability, accessibility, and security requirements are met. I create usability tests to ensure the software is compatible with various devices giving good user experience to consumers.
