About Samina Jusu

I’m a passionate Learning and Development professional with over eight years’ experience designing, delivering and leading impactful learning initiatives that help people and organisations grow. My approach blends strategic insight with a genuine focus on people — developing capability, fostering inclusion and driving engagement through meaningful learning experiences. Currently working as a Senior Learning and Development Advisor, I’ve led programmes that have strengthened leadership pipelines, transformed mentoring and management development, and improved the overall employee experience. I take pride in building relationships across all levels of the business, from coaching individuals to partnering with senior leaders to shape learning strategies that deliver measurable results. I’m especially proud of my work championing social mobility and inclusion — helping my organisation climb the Social Mobility Index ranking through targeted initiatives, data-led insights and firmwide collaboration. Now studying towards my CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Learning and Development, I’m focused on continuing to bridge business strategy with human potential — creating environments where people feel supported, capable and inspired to succeed.
