About Samina Khan

5+ years expertise in HR sphere in Talent Acquisition and Event Management. My career began in international recruitment agency Kelly Services where I grew up to consultant and then went to inhouse. I have experience in FMCG, IT and pharmaceutical industry. I was responsible for whole recruitment process for commercial and production function within Russia (in Philip Morris), also I did international search and helped newcomers with adaptation. At my last job in Yandex my position was event specialist. I was responsible for organization of team-buildings and strategic sessions for internal team. My competences- Full cycle recruitment process of different positions levels (including top vacancies)- Building of hiring strategy- Developing of effective relationships with hiring managers- Event organization- Taking part in HR projects. Also, I was a leader of the project dedicated to rebranding of the main company page at HeadHunter.ru, made adaptation guide for newcomers and I was a part of the project dedicated to improvement ATS system (like key user).
