About Samir Aliev

As a Senior Product Analyst with 5+ years of experience in fintech and telecom, I have consistently delivered measurable business impact — driving 40% revenue growth and 80% ARPU uplift in products with 20M+ users and $370M+ turnover. My expertise spans the full analytics cycle: building data pipelines, running user segmentation, executing A/B tests, and optimizing monetization and pricing strategies. I began my journey in academia, earning a Master’s in Stochastic Modeling at HSE and a Bachelor’s in Economics & Finance at RANEPA. During my studies, I also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, and Calculus — grading coursework, mentoring students, and supporting professors. This strengthened both my statistical expertise and my ability to lead, teach, and explain complex ideas simply. Beyond analytics, I am a Candidate Master of Sport in freestyle wrestling and former captain of Moscow’s city team. This background taught me resilience, discipline, and teamwork — qualities that I now bring to business and leadership. Today, I bridge the gap between statistical rigor and business strategy, working with C-level executives to turn data into insights, and insights into measurable growth.
