If life knocks you down do a burpee! I have completed my undergraduate degree in Human Sciences at Macquarie University with a major in Human Movement and a minor in Indigenous studies. I am interested in a career as a rehab physiotherapist in the allied health field. At University I have been involved in various fundraising activities and I have developed many skills such as public speaking and teamwork. I am a personal trainer at a local gym and discovered that I really enjoy working with people to improve their life. I am an active and motivated personal trainer who is fascinated by the anatomy of the body and the mechanics by which the body functions. I am interested in physical activities and love to contribute to my community in various ways. Through my career as a personal trainer, I have physically challenged myself to compete in NSW men's physique and men's fitness championships in September 2018, April 2019 and April 2021 bringing back home the first place medals and raised over for charity.
