About Samir Menia

From a younger age, I always felt an ingrained drive to empower, support, and guide others. This prolonged passion led me to completing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brunel University, in which I explored Brain and Cognition, Learning and Perception, Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methods, Developmental Psychology, and Data Analysis & Academic Skills to name a few core modules. Those studies not only solidified, but enhanced my desire to make a significant impact, leading me to pursue a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology at City, University of London. During this period, I completed a range of insightful modules: Research Methods, Employee Well-Being, Organisational Change and Development, Career Development and Training, Mindful Leadership Development, Coaching Psychology, Psychological Assessment, and The Scientist Practitioner: Advanced Methods & Evidence Based Practice. The broad variety of modules greatly strengthened my expertise in areas such as leadership, learning and development, selection and assessment, and organisational culture and change. I also explored technology-induced stress and human-AI collaboration as part of my final-year thesis, demonstrating my adaptability in addressing contemporary workplace challenges. To supplement my academic endeavours, I have gained real-world, client-facing experience, where I am most proud of supporting the conception and development of a revolutionary psychometric tool that uncovers hidden blockers, sparks self-awareness, and delivers actionable insights to help individuals and organisations thrive in the face of change. Another triumph in my career has been delivering one-on-one training sessions using Lumina Spark to help leaders identify and address their blind spots. This experience strengthened my ability to balance analytical rigor with a people-centred approach, a skill I believe is key for enabling leaders to drive meaningful and sustainable change within their teams and organisations. To supplement my growth, I have completed a range of LinkedIn Learning Courses, such as Strategic Thinking, People analytics, Instructional Design: Adult learners, Consulting Foundations: Client Management and Relationships, 20 Questions to Improve Learning at Your Organisation, Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking. Following my recent graduation, I remain highly passionate about aiding the vast growth of a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation!
