Hello, Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Samir Mohammed and I have been a Construction Project Manager for the past few decades. Throughout the Lower Mainland-from Whistler to the Rocky Mountains, I have successfully completed multiple projects, covering a wide scope. Under my experience belt, I have New Developments, New Base Builds, Institutional and Commercial Tenant Improvements, Single and Multi Family Residences. I have also worked for both the public and private sectors. I have experience developing rural areas and urban areas. I have experience in working with challenging terrain and challenging projects. I firmly believe in raising the bar higher in every project I complete by keeping current with advances in related technology and building practices. I keep environmental protection and sustainability on the forefront in our construction practices, in order to aid in reducing our carbon footprint and keeping our environment a safe and clean place for our future generations. I take great pride in knowing that my contributions to society will have a lasting and pleasurable impact to our community as a whole and that landmark projects continue to shape the cities that we live in.
