I am a renewable energy professional and Member of the Institute of Asset Management (UK), with 11+ years across manufacturing, project execution, blades services, commissioning and O&M, with Nordex Acciona, Vestas, GE/LM Wind Power, Goldwind and Invenergy. Started on the factory floor assembling hubs & nacelles (Nordex; training at Spain HQ). Grew from technician to manager; led multicultural teams across LATAM; worked with HQs in Europe, the U.S. and China; built governance for greenfield ramp-ups and brownfield recovery. Currently based in Brazil, I play a key role in O&M for a 597 MW portfolio in Northeast Brazil (>450 GWh/yr), directly managing the Chapada Complex (247 turbines). Focus: governance, contractor management, fleet recovery, HSE and KPI reporting.
