As a Sr US IT Recruiter at Vaiticka Solution, I leverage my extensive experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT roles to connect top talent with innovative companies. With a strong background in leading teams and developing strategic resourcing plans, I have consistently met and exceeded targets for candidate joining. I also have a deep understanding of IT parts and skillsets, which enables me to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
