About Samir Rom
I am currently a PhD student studying computational condensed matter physics working on electronic structures and oxide heterostructures. I primarily utilize density functional theory (DFT) to analyze and understand the systems I study. I love to study the fundamental understanding of materials with complex electronic structure utilizing advanced computational methods and contributing to this growing field. I also would like to experiment using machine learning to solve problems in physics.
