I am a strategic nonprofit leader and entrepreneur with 15+ years of cross-sector experience spanning government, corporate, nonprofit, and business ownership. My career began in senior administrative and executive support roles, where I mastered organizational systems, stakeholder relations, and high-level operations management. Those foundations propelled me into my current role as Executive Director (Road to Wealth Building Project) of Durham Business & Professional Chain, Durham’s oldest African American business advocacy organization. In this capacity, I lead workforce development and vocational training programs, oversee business coaching initiatives, and manage a resource center designed to remove barriers to economic participation. My work focuses on building partnerships, securing funding, and designing systems that create measurable, sustainable impact. Beyond nonprofit leadership, I am passionate about innovation, wellness, and community building. I enjoy developing initiatives that empower individuals, strengthen families, and create spaces where people and businesses can thrive.
