I am currently Team Leader-Payroll at Rogers Capital Corporate Services Ltd with 17 years experience in the Payroll Outsourcing.In charge of a team of seven people, I am responsible for and oversee the monthly payroll of 148 Mauritian companies, which led to our team being recognised for making significant contributions in their organisational operations.I am dedicated and hardworking individual, who thrives in a dynamic and target driven environment. I enjoy taking on new projects and learning about the client’s business strategies and needs so we can provide the best possible solution.I have proven track record of excellent communication with interpersonal skills to motivate my team while managing clients’ expectation through a multitude of successfully completed projects.
