In October 2021 I have joined Perxtech a category creating Lifestyle Marketing SaaS Platform helping traditional enterprises transform from transient, transactional businesses to delivering meaningful engagements and experiences in the digital economy. I was an Associate Director with KPMG Management Consulting Team till February 2021 in the Digital Finance Practice helping clients to re-imagine the business activities for future and designing the roadmap for growth and internationalisation. Priot to joining KPMG I was one of the domain experts from PwC Singapore supporting clients in Singapore and Myanmar to reorganise and reinvent their business models from operation, finance and governance angle. I have led/ assisted in the development of new intellectual capital for Advisory services, conducted leading edge research on white papers, supported development of marketing collateral, and assisted the Technology, Media and Telecom Leader in developing thought leadership publications. I have over 15 years of global experience in advising leading companies and Government Agencies across 11 countries by translating strategies into action, managing transactions and leading operational transformations. In addition I have participated in a number of due diligence projects on behalf of Private equity investors investing in emerging market telecom operators. From industry perspective I have advised 20 telecom operators in 11 countries across Asia, Africa and Europe. I have presented extensively at the public seminars and events at Chambers of Commerce and Industry associations on topics related to Balance Scorecard, performance Management and governance matters and actively contributed towards development of Project Management, Balance Scorecard and Governance initiatives in Myanmar. I have also acted as the co-chair of Myanmar American Chamber of Commerce's Corporate Governance and performance management Committee.
