About Samitha Lakshan

I am a passionate and dedicated production and process executive, who has obtained a bachelor degree Food Business Management from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (SUSL) in 2021. Further I have obtained a Certificate in Quality Management which offered by Sri Lanka Standards Institute (SLSI). Currently, I am following a Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management (part-time) which is offered by Faculty of Graduate studies, University of Colombo (UOC). In the food and beverage manufacturing industry, I have theoretical and practical knowledge of supply chain, production, quality assurance, and product and process development management. I have gained significant managerial experience in my current and previous managerial roles, overseeing a team of employees, managing operations, and supervising an increase in profits. I have demonstrated expertise in operational bottlenecks analysis and process development. I am capable of multi-tasking in a high pressured environment while maintaining a positive attitude toward employees and customers.
