About Sammy Mintzer

I am a very driven, goal-oriented individual, who loves gathering data and analyzing it. I am extremely dedicated and put my full effort into everything that I do. I love learning and figuring things out on my own, but I am not afraid to ask questions when necessary. I graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University in May of 2017 with a BA in Psychology. My first job post-graduation was at Bellomy, where I was hired as a Research Associate, then promoted to Senior Research Associate at Bellomy. I worked there for nearly four years, collecting and analyzing data for a dozen tracking studies to deliver actionable recommendations to the clients. I am currently the Guests Insights Manager at Lowes Foods. In this role, I conduct qualitative and quantitative research on our shoppers and non-shoppers via surveys, one-on-one interviews, and focus groups. I present the data and key findings to the executive team who make business decisions based on these findings. I also use third party data platforms and mapping software to analyze market share trends and trade areas for potential new store locations or underperforming stores. Additionally, I am in charge of maintaining shopper profiles with first party and third party data. I use this data to develop customer segments and track migration patterns for shopper retention.
