My time spent in university where I obtained a degree in Health Studies, as well as my experience working in health care settings, allowed me to examine the inefficiencies in healthcare delivery, teamwork training and collaboration that are negatively impacting the quality of patient care. This ultimately led me to the path of becoming an HR professional as they are the ones who can implement and support initiatives that can enhance collaboration and enrich organizational culture.
