Background

About Sampath Munagala

I'm a DevOps Engineer and Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where I work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and data helping teams build, deploy, and scale reliable systems. My journey began with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, where I developed a strong analytical foundation and even published research on microstrip patch antenna design for drone applications. That curiosity for how systems work from hardware to networks naturally evolved into a passion for software, cloud, and data engineering.Over the past 2+ years at TCS, I've grown from an Assistant Systems Engineer into a Systems Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in ETL development, Linux administration, and DevOps practices. I am continuously expanding my expertise in cloud technologies and cybersecurity. What drives me is the challenge of making complex systems simpler, faster, and more resilient. I thrive in environments where technology meets problem-solving — whether that's optimizing data pipelines, automating deployments, or debugging infrastructure at scale.I'm always open to connecting with fellow engineers, tech enthusiasts, and anyone passionate about building things that matter. munagalasampath@gmail.com
