Inspect at regular intervals the contractor’s plant and facilities, including theworkers accommodation at site, to ensure conformity with the constructioncontract and all government / state regulations. Review and insure continuity of the contractor’ssuretiesin approved formats. Inspection forPPEs Maintainsrecord of all audits & EHS training- Fire Training, Accident Training Accident investigation and reporting. Preparing monthly EHS Report, Monthly site EHS Plan and quarterly EHS ProgressReport. Mock drills for emergency preparedness. Given training to employees in responding to emergency, Air monitoring and ventilation, Check-in/check-out procedures, Explosives, Fire prevention and protection, Personal protective equipment, Flood control, Mechanicalequipment and Communications. Compliance of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001. Safety committee meetings & implementation of practicable suggestion Selection of personal protective equipment and enforcement of use of theseequipment. Implementation of Good housekeeping practices and ensures that alloperating floors are maintainedneat and clean. Safety inspection rounds and follows up on remedial /corrective action wherevernecessary. Maintainsrecord of all audits & EHS training.
