I am presently engaged with Shell holding the position of Lead Business Consultant & Product Owner. My professional journey has been enriched by assuming multiple roles such as Project Manager Test Lead and Lead Business Analyst which have significantly contributed to the company’s success. With a solid educational foundation including an MBA from Symbiosis International University Pune and a Mechanical Engineering degree from VTU (Karnataka) my career spans over 15 years of extensive experience. Recently I have furthered my commitment to agile practices by obtaining the PSPO™ 2 (Advanced) certification. I am also exploring the dynamic world of Legal & Regulatory (L&R) and to kick-start this journey I successfully got certified on "Cyber-Security & Ethical Hacking" by IDEMI Bengaluru Ministry of MSME Govt. of India. My enthusiasm for Design Thinking a highly sought-after skill has led me to become a respected Design Thinking (DT) Coach certified by both the LUMA Institute and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B). I have facilitated over 50 Design Thinking workshops engaging with Shell’s senior stakeholders management JV's NOV's and clients. These workshops aim to delve into business challenges and collaboratively forge innovative solutions through Design Thinking culminating in interactive prototypes. My efforts have consistently fostered agreement on design concepts and effectively communicated these solutions to all involved parties. As a fervent advocate for the value of design I am dedicated to promoting its integration across organizations and leadership echelons. My current focus is on developing educational pathways and training curricula to instill Design Thinking as an intrinsic part of Shell’s culture. Before my tenure at Shell I was associated with Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab (HTSL) Bangalore as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant within their Aerospace Business Unit. My previous experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Mumbai has endowed me with substantial knowledge in the Aerospace and Manufacturing sectors with a keen interest in Supply Chain Management Social Media Technologies and Gamification. In my leisure time I cherish moments with my family enjoy cycling play badminton and explore photography.
