An innovative IT consultant with experience in multiple business domains including Life Science & Healthcare, Banking and Retail. Key Roles included Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Digital Consulting, Business Analyst and Product Expert. Keen to drive organization excellence through excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation and problem solving skills setting high standards in meeting strategic and financial goals. Currently working as the Engagement Manager for the TCS-Nordea Bank relationship. In the past I have managed the service delivery of Oracle Fusion Middleware stack for Gilead Science. In the past I have worked as a Business Rule Analyst in the Retail Merchandizing area for a MDM implementation of SONAE Inc, Portugal. Being associated to the TCS Oracle MDM Centre of Excellence Group, I have enabled the TCS-Oracle BIPM team to successfully deliver solutions & gain competitive advantage in MDM area (DRM, Oracle PIM & EDQP). Over the last 5 years, I have led several client engagements and strategic business development opportunities to implement and manage IT service delivery solutions for Johnson & Johnson. I have extensive experience in implementing ITIL frameworks for service management. I have been accountable for managing a service delivery unit for providing end-to-end application development, implementation and support services for Digital Marketing websites across several GBU in life sciences industry. Responsibilities include overall planning, budgeting, resource allocation, design, development, project management for new client engagements and phases. In addition, includes coordination of multiple vendors and affinity groups coming under the project radar, project execution, client liaison, ensure timely delivery, cost management, risk assessment and associate satisfaction.
