Hello, I am Samrat Saha, a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager with over 9 years of IT experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. I have the honor of overseeing numerous interdisciplinary teams and utilizing both Agile and Hybrid Models of Delivery to complete real projects for both National and International clients. Currently I work as a project manager at Ramp Technology Group, and I am using Agile Scrum approaches to handle projects effectively. I have also mentored and coached teams, resulting in an increase in productivity, and streamlined workflows to boost efficiency. Prior to this, at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I completed critical projects and managed cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. I possess strong expertise in project planning, risk management, team productivity enhancement, and fostering positive stakeholder relationships. My skill set includes tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. From my school days, I have been passionate about managing people and events which ignited professionally when I was promoted to Project Lead in 2018.
