Below are the highlights of the qualifications: Prevented the future purchase of third-party tools worth annually by using analytical skills to design and implement a process for Quality Assurance labels using in house Office 365 tools. Automated the printing of labels in SharePoint using MS Office workflow. This saved the effort of the QA team that had to print labels manually every time the minimum quantity was reached. In the role of project coordinator for Electronic Data Interchange services, I created and maintained the project register that contained the action items for each team member along with the due date. Followed up once a week in-person to understand the progress and expedite the resolution to the roadblocks. This helped in successfully achieving the weekly task completion rate from 60% to 100% Facilitated the toastmasters club sessions to 15 project members to improve their communication skills upon request of Sapient leadership. My relationship management skills with project members came handy where third party training failed as participants opened to me with their concerns and worked on the feedback I provided.
