I am a smart and innovative professional having a master`s degree in Information Technology specializing in networks and cybersecurity from the Queensland University of Technology. I am passionate about computer security. I possess a good knowledge of various network layers, network protocols, network security, and network configurations. My work experience includes working as an IT & Security Analyst, Level-2 Technical Support engineer, US IT Recruiter, O365 specialist, and in other customer service roles. A few of my current job responsibilities include (SFIA skills): 1. Responsible for carrying out business risk (technical and non-technical) assessments and communicating with the relevant stakeholders. Monitor, investigate, and report on performance and security events. Responsible for resolving security events and issues. Responsible for the development and documentation of continuity management plans and coordinating the development of contingency plans which comprises the planning, designing, and testing phases. Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure services and components. I am seeking an opportunity to undertake a role as a Security Analyst, Network/System Administrator, and Risk Analyst in the information and communication technology sector.
