A passionate chemical engineer with 12+ years of experience in Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real Time Optimization (RTO), Process Simulation. A talented individual who believes in making the things happen. I have multitude of experience in manufacturing industry that includes the shut down and startup of chemical plant, stabilization, and troubleshooting. Served as a Plant Operation Representative on several Plant Safety Committees and participated in Plant Safety Audits, HAZOP discussions, RCA, MOC and Pre-startup safety reviews. This wide experience of APC/RTO along with the manufacturing experience has given me a clear picture of the process industry that helps me in enabling safe and smart solutions. Some achievements in my career that are close to my heart: • Received appreciation award during M.E Project at IOCL, R&D, Faridabad by Head of Department • Received On the spot recognition award for independent completion of DTA-Aromatics RTO project, Jamnagar Refinery (World’s Largest Refinery), India. • Completed successfully, for the very first time in the company, the “RTO Audit” working along with global ROMeo Auditors and the “Annual RTO meeting” held at Jamnagar, India with global ROMeo team. • Chosen several times as “Best APC/RTO Trainer” and trained more than 300 panel operators on APC and RTO and improved awareness and acceptance among stakeholders • Implemented APC and RTO in several of petrochemical and refinery units amounting to value creation and more consistent plant performance • Successful startup and stabilization of olefin plant. • Independently identified all CUI lines for the olefin plant
