About Samson Alalade

My name is Samson Ola. Alalade.(aka) SOLAD.I started my teaching profession in Nigeria, West Africa from the year 1998. I came to the UAE 2009. I'm a dedicated Fine and Applied Art/Music teacher with over 15 years’ experience teaching across EYFS to KS4, with a proven ability to create a positive and imaginative learning environment for pupils. As a committed and experienced teaching professional, I love working with children and contributing to their development. I have been recognized for my work in enhancing students of all ages to get the most from their time. I am skilled at developing new ways to encourage students, while challenging and inspiring them to deepen their knowledge and understanding. My students will describe me as a strict, but fair teacher. One of my key-skills is maintaining classroom discipline, with students of all ages. Thanks to my firm attitude towards students I gain both trust and respect. I find it important to teach children about inclusivity and discuss topics related to today's multicultural society. As a Fine Art teacher, I try to use my passion for music and art to teach students to build confidence and work as a team. I have been privileged to teach Art, Music and English Language respectively to students’ right from EYFS to KS4 in both British and American curriculum.In addition to my teaching experience, I have also worked as Health & Safety Officer and Activity Coordinator.Mr. Sam.
