I am an urban researcher and project manager at the intersection of sustainable development, technological innovation, and international collaboration. My passion lies in translating complex research into actionable strategies that create resilient, equitable, and environmentally conscious cities. Currently, I serve as the Project Associate for the SSG-Bridge project, a prestigious UK-India initiative funded by the British Council and ICSSR. In this role, I am at the operational and research heart of a strategic partnership between Birmingham City University (BCU), Lovely Professional University (LPU), and the Munjal BCU Centre of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MBCIE). My primary responsibility is leading the project's central comparative feasibility study, analyzing the socio-technical readiness of Ludhiana, India, and Birmingham, UK, for implementing Smart, Sustainable, and Green (SSG) solutions. This involves high-level stakeholder engagement with government officials and industry leaders, international project coordination for our symposia, and supporting a dynamic cohort of Early Career Researchers. My work is built on a strong foundation in engineering and project management, including an MSc in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Project Management from Queen's University Belfast and an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from NIT Durgapur. Prior to my current role, I led sustainable energy initiatives for over farmers as a Project Officer at the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency, cementing my commitment to driving large-scale, impactful projects. I am always keen to connect with fellow professionals, policymakers, and researchers dedicated to shaping the sustainable cities of the future.
