About Samuel Adams

With an MSc in Law and Business Management and after 5 years of experience in UK, European and international logistics and supply chain management, I am looking to continue my career and personal development. After training to be a lawyer, I pursued my passion for supply chain and logistics management at international retailer Screwfix. There, I was responsible for forecasting, ordering, and stock planning for a portfolio of £500 million with seasonality. I gained broader supply chain experience at Evri, the UK’s largest dedicated final-mile delivery company. Initially, I joined the Regional management team as Regional Planner, then I was promoted to Assistant Manager for a region delivering parcels per day to 2.5 million people. I focused on customer experience, resource planning, and budget management, while also deputising for the Regional Manager (with full control for service, budgets, and reporting) on a regular basis. Having moved to Prague to be with my long term partner, I have since taken a senior role within the Transport Planning Belgium team at AB Inbev I am now responsible for the planning, execution and performance management of multiple carriers operating within a multi-national scope in the largest West European market for AB Inbev, responsible for the transportation of millions of hectre-liters. Now I am now looking to take the next step in my career by expanding my management and development skills to a broader team within an international organisation that focuses on the high-quality delivery of excellent products.
