With over two decades of experience in higher education and organizational leadership, I am dedicated to fostering systemic change and advancing human rights. As the Director of Planning and Administration at the Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, I lead strategic initiatives to prevent mass atrocities and ensure effective operational management. My role involves coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, enhancing programmatic impact, and strengthening global partnerships. Previously, I served for 16 years as an Associate Dean at Georgetown University, where I developed and implemented academic programs, guided faculty and student development, and conducted research in the history of science and technology during the Holocaust. My tenure at Georgetown was marked by a commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
