I am a determined, curious, and energetic client-facing team professional who relishes gathering and interpreting data to create actionable insights and enable meaningful change. I love leveraging data and storytelling to communicate business insights for growth. I'm a fan and avid user of AI in the workplace and beyond. With over ten years of sales, account management and consulting experience — from Apple, where I communicated with educators on the use of their products in learning environments, to WorkTango, where I worked closely with HR teams and C-level executives to plan out, deliver, and take action on surveys — to Lenus, where I worked side by side with Fitness Influencers to build out their online coaching business and social media strategy, I thrive in environments where I can interact with clients and customers, get their candid feedback, and use it to improve future products and experiences. Upskilling is my hobby. I am a runner and hybrid athlete who is always looking for ways to improve my performance in the running part of the sport, recovery, nutrition, mental well-being, and overall body strength and mobility. I am participating in the Chicago Marathon in 2025. I also have a few creative endeavours, the first being an author, who published my first book, The Fundamentals Of Being Alive, a self-help book that focuses on tapping into your unique spirit and leveraging that to create the life you want for yourself. I also DJ under the moniker: SBJ, where I have done corporate and club events. I believe in empowering businesses to scale by combining strategic customer success initiatives with innovative, data-driven solutions. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve worked alongside SMBs and enterprises to deliver measurable results and foster long-term relationships. At Lenus, I helped 7+ fitness coaches grow their businesses by adding 50+ clients each, generating over in revenue within 10 months. My ability to analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions has also driven measurable impact at Work Tango and Enjoy Technology. I’m currently exploring opportunities in customer success, product management, and cross-functional roles where I can continue to deliver impactful solutions while driving growth.
