More than 10 years of experience within international HR roles (consulting, corporate). I started my career in Management Consulting. I am currently supporting ANTICIMEX France development as an Human Capital Director: I focus on four general pathways to create effective organizations. 1- Talents Management: Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Focus on individuals -> attract talents, develop skills, create employees' commitment toward the company, etc. 2- Leadership Management: Focus on both, individual leaders and the overall leadership capability of an organization -> Build and assess Leaders & Leadership, etc. 3- Organizational Capabilities Management: Turning individual competencies into organization capabilities that make the whole greater than the sum of the parts -> capabilities such as efficiency, agility, customer centricity, etc. 4 - HR Department Management: Focus on HR department effectiveness -> purpose, governance, practices, analytics, etc. Driven by the desire to reduce inequality by education and knowledge sharing, I'm also an HR Lecturer for Universities, Engineering & Business Schools for more than 6 years.
