I have recently came into the recruitment industry after 8 years sales background within the estate agency business. Coming over to recruitment, i feel i can benefit by bringing the team i now work for by using the skills i obtained over many years working with independent and corporate agents. I spent my first few years working with Connells which gave me extensive training courses and one to one training to identify my key selling points which would influence potential clients to use myself as well as the branding i worked for. Another benefit i which will help me strive at recruitment is the different sectors we have whether it was dealing with new homes developers directly or dealing with banks selling directly their properties. This gave me the ability to understand different clientele in same business but different sectors. I am now working on the " Commercial Temp " side of the Recruitment & Staffing industry for Interaction Recruitment. My past experience is going to boast my high standards in customer/client service. I feel i will be able to understand the clients wants and needs a lot better due to having past in sales roles. My clients will know i will endevour to place the right skilled minded and personality minded candidate to their business. When i say personality minded making sure the candidate would fit within the either fast paced or smoothed paced working environment, because the last thing is the candidate being everything a client wants on paper but the working environment not being right for them. So the quality of my candidates would be coming from extensive Screening questions and prior interviews.
