This led to 3 agents being accepted into our instant price quote tool, saving over a month for our team. • At Wayfair, I trained 15+ internal and external hires to perform the basic responsibilities of a Project Manager, freeing bandwidth and allowing senior PMs to handle more complex clients. This resulted in 50% YoY revenue growth ($10 million) for the Consolidated Delivery team. • Due to my professionalism, senior leadership of the Consolidated Delivery team assigned me the most challenging, top 5 spend account, who was threatening to cut ties with our team. I developed personalized processes, negotiated rates, and traveled to sites for installs, which mended customer relationship and accounted for $5 million customer spend.
