About Samuel Bryan

Since completing my undergraduate degree, I have successfully navigated the ins-and-outs of building interpersonal relationships with both staff and customers in a professional, elegant restaurant atmosphere. This experience helped me develop the skills to rapidly address and solve problems, stoking a passion about the experience being sold and cultivating a friendly, safe environment for all guests. My time in the service industry gave me the opportunity to develop efficient time management and relative information memorization/recitation as well as an ability to adjust to a rapidly changing setting. It provided ample time and space for improvement of salesmanship and product research. Requisites of grace-under-pressure and knowledgeability instigated resource/conflict management and individual accountability.On a personal note, this work developed my interest and ability to be a proficient salesperson and to better understand a customers needs and wants. I have also been able to practice and encourage a greater level of peer empathy between myself, management and fellow employees. Furthermore, a personal interest of mine is learning how systems work and interact. I apply my enthusiasm as it relates to both the product being sold and the customer needs addressed. As it relates to my most recent experience, I've used this mindset to tie together an uninterrupted, tailored experience. The most profound results of my investment in this work have been a refined ability for product research, taking the best care of those I serve and those I work with, and ultimately being an impactful, responsible employee.
