About Samuel Chen

An experienced Materials Engineer and technical leader with a track record of accomplishments in material and process engineering. with practical knowledge across a spectrum of characterization technologies for tracking down root cause of materials and device under-performance issues. Often the person to go to for difficult-to-solve device and material quality and performance issues, my strategy is to examine the chemical driving forces behind the interaction, and then intelligently explore multiple options, including at least 1 out-of-the-box option. Many such ideas and modifications have become filed patents. Several years of technical leader experience and skills has honed my communication skills, and helped me to work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries.
