Strengths include specialization in application, server, and desktop virtualization utilizing various platforms, solving complex issues with tested and proven solutions for distributed computing environments, system platform environment migration, history of providing support to over users and the ability to deal tactfully with highly charged political incidents involving users in a geo dispersed environment. I have worked for various industries including Financial, Health Care, Government, and Manufacturing. Some positions were on site with data center on location and others have been on a remote team geographically dispersed all over the USA and India. I have been in various roles from Desktop Support, Server Administration, Citrix and VMWare Administration, and Citrix Engineer. My passion is virtualization and I have used various technologies including Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Provisioning Server, Citrix XenServer, VMWare Vsphere, VMWare Horizon View, VMWare ThinApp, Microsoft Server Microsoft App-V, Windows and others to create virtual Servers, Desktops, and Applications. I have supported the environments where I've worked using various tools and ticketing systems along with following strict ITIL guidelines. I have project management skills and prioritize my day according to the needs of the business. Some days will be support and others will be spent working on projects. I have implemented many new products and updates mostly by migrations and not upgrades due to redundancy.(needed the old environment up just in case I needed to revert).
