About Samuel Dante

Graduated in Philosophy (November 2007), after two experiences abroad (Erasmus program in Portugal in 2006 and working experience in London in 2008) I started my career path in HR, joining a master in HR Management at IPSOA. During my first 2 years of working experiences, I had the chance to work and be part of very structured Hr Department of Multinational Companies such as KONE S.p.A, Coca Cola HBC and Pirelli Tyre (Global Headquarter). In those years I gained experience mainly in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Training, Employees Engagement. From March 2011 to May 2013 I worked at ISS Facilities Services s.r.l, where I supported the HR Director in the modernization of the HR function, previously characterized by an administrative approach. I was responsible of several projects: implementation of a Performance Management System, drafting of Company’s Job descriptions, creation of a Compensation system. I was also involved in several tasks, such as disciplinary procedures, litigations, costs analysis, budgets. The years spent in ISS Facility services allowed me to broaden my range of skills on legal topics and HR costs and prepared me for my next career step. In 2013, ISS sold the Pest Control Business to Anticimex s.r.l, Swedish Company and I joined the new Company. Reporting to the CEO, since 2013 to June 2018 I had been working as a single point of reference for all HR matters with exception of Payroll and Personnel Administration.(Recruitment, Training, Compensation, HR Legal Advice, disciplinary actions, litigation, labour relations). Since July 2018 I have been appointed HR Manager with the responsibility of the whole Hr department including Payroll and Personnel Administration.
