I have more than 15 years’ experience as an IT Support specialist with in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks. My ability to provide both physical and remote technical support and resolve queries had been commended on many occasions. I’m of the ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. My proficiency in IT SAAS CRMs Tool such as Bomgar (BeyondTrust), Hubsport, Slack, Freshdesk, Zendesk etc are of great benefits.
