As an adaptive and solution-oriented portfolio manager with over 8 years of experience in project management, I excel at leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Taking on various management roles where I've consistently demonstrated my ability to manage projects, the portfolios they fall within, and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders and developers alike. In my previous role at IBM, I managed a team of developers covering OpenAir, NetSuite, and Gainsight while managing the portfolios of our Post Sales departments: Customer Success, Customer Support, Education, Professional Services, and Finance. My role in our SAFe Agile team consisted of Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master which has equipped me with a versatile skill set that ensures seamless project flow and delivery. Key achievements include- Leading the development of process enhancement features such as the Work At Risk data flow and authentication process across Salesforce, OpenAir, and NetSuite, enabling Sales reps to enter and track customer information before closing the sale- Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure successful project delivery while meeting Incident Service Level Agreements and managing critical break-fixes. My passion for process flow efficiency and organization drives my desire to apply my strategic partnership and management skills to an industry I am deeply enthusiastic about.
