About Samuel Everett

After achieving a leadership position in the food service industry I found aspects of working with and developing employees to be highly satisfying. Opportunities to grow and apply skillsets kept me engaged. Some of these skills included conflict management, problem solving, and strategic planning. In order to better develop existing skillsets in managing employees and to gain new experience I am looking to transition into an entry level human resource role. Using existing skillsets and previous experience in leadership, employee relations and performing human resource responsibilities I will achieve growth and development for myself and employees alike. Following my work experience so far is a track record of hard work, facing and overcoming new challenges, taking on and quickly mastering new roles, entrustment with management positions, and successes as a leader. These successes include increasing sales, increasing employee retention, redesigning processes, optimizing business tools and developing employees for future promotions. This all proves an ability and the follow through necessary to apply previous experience and thrive under the pressures of new roles.
