I am a forward-thinking Strength & Conditioning coach with the proven ability to drive sustainable improvements in athletic performance through a holistic approach towards physical preparation, physiological development, injury prevention, health and well-being. Throughout my career thus far, I have honed my expertise and skillset working with a range of athletes and teams across high school, collegiate and professional sport, including taking on roles with The Paideia School, Cressey Sports Performance and the University of Georgia. The extent of my capabilities is underpinned by a strong academic foundation - a BS and MS in Kinesiology -industry qualifications and experience supporting athletes within a range of high-performance competitive environments. Drawing insight and utilising each role undertaken as an opportunity to learn and develop, I possess the proven capacity to apply sound strength, conditioning, rehabilitation and recovery strategies tailored towards individual physical requirements, fitness levels and upcoming competitive schedules. With this in mind, I am always open to gaining new opportunities to expand my professional capabilities.
