I have 15+ years in the construction industry. I started out as hvac apprentice and shortly moved up to site foreman where I had several technicians working under my leadership. Skilled at improving safety, leadership, management, reducing overall costs, and generating revenue. Skilled in heavy machinery such as an excavator, skid loader, skidsteer with forestry attachment, boom lift, single man lift, and lull. Also have 2 years of experience as a chemical operator and distillation specialist. Experience conducting the daily operations of a laboratory to include analyzing hazardous materials, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment. Maintained quality and safety production of chemical batches and transportation of hazardous materials. Worked for Otis and Kone as an apprentice. I have enhanced my knowledge through schooling and hands on experience in building, modernizing, and repairing hydraulic and traction elevators throughout central Illinois, as well as all of Iowa.
