About Samuel Gobeyn

I have a well-rounded work experience. The first jobs I had were: concession stand worker, meat & seafood clerk at Kroger, and package handler at FedEx. Although these jobs were not business related, I believe that I learned crucial lessons here that will be utilized for the remainder of my professional career. The most important of these lessons were in traits such as dependability, customer service, and problem-solving under pressure, all of which I would now consider strengths of mine. I was then able to apply these lessons in business internships the last two summer at Portfolio Advisor and with the Sponsor Finance group at First Merchants Bank. At these internships, my previous lessons were reinforced, and I gained new insights into finance and business in general.
