About Samuel Grush

I started dabbling in amateur web development in high school but didn't realize 'til college that it was really something that inspired and motivated me. I struggled early on in college until I focused my passion into understanding computers and developing meaningful software, which crystallized during my part time job on a student dev team writing software for digital signage and media management at Missouri S&T. After graduating with my Masters with a grad certificate in cloud computing (which mostly proved to me that I wasn't made to be a researcher), I started with MiTek, a construction-industry company with a wide array of software products designed to help people build better. Since starting my career, I've worked with an incredible international team of developers on an empowering web product which has me crafting modular Angular designs, planning thin and efficient API gateways, and architecting microservices to maintain an ideal architecture than can scale as our product grows. I love working with such a fulfilling and psychologically supportive team, and I hope to continue to do so into the future.
