From my early days as a Student Contractor in the Disability & Survivor Benefits (DaSB) unit to my current role as a Staff Services Analyst supporting Sustainable Investment & Stewardship Strategies (SISS), I’ve consistently contributed to CalSTRS’ mission of delivering reliable and responsible service to California’s educators. In my current analyst roles, I support high level initiatives across investment governance and benefit operations. I manage executive communications, produce strategic reports and presentations, coordinate sensitive meeting logistics, analyze vendor contracts, and ensure policy compliance in both administrative and financial workflows. I’ve also played a key role in monitoring benefit payment accuracy, conducting quality assurance reviews, and identifying opportunities for process and service improvements. My work bridges detailed technical analysis and big picture coordination, contributing to both risk mitigation and operational excellence. I bring strong analytical thinking, discretion, cross functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to integrity and public service.
