With a decade of hands-on experience in casino AV systems, low-voltage integration, and real-time technical support, most notably at Grand Sierra Resort AV Tech, I’m confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your team's growing tech infrastructure. My background includes AV system routing, stage event support, PC imaging, hardware repair, and end-to-end low-voltage cable installations (Cat6, coax, and legacy systems like Extron). I’ve supported high-pressure live events and day-to-day IT needs, including Teams video support, device deployment, and network troubleshooting. While my Crestron and Q-SYS programming experience is foundational, I’ve consistently adapted to new platforms and AV protocols, and I’m eager to expand into areas like fiber-based infrastructure and advanced AV control systems.
